Slow Release Fertilizer (DMPP)
Nitrogen, which is mobile in all its forms in the soil, is washed away and lost in gaseous state when given before the period when the plant actually needs it. The part of nitrogen that is not used by plants is washed away from the soil, particularly in the form of nitrate, by rainfall or irrigation water. In the gaseous state, loss occurs in the form of ammonia gas during the decomposition of ammonium nitrogen to nitrite and nitrate.
Thanks to its ammonium inhibitor DMPP technology, BEST STARTER prolongs the nitrification process, thus minimizing nitrogen loss. The usage time of nitrogen is extended up to 10 weeks thanks to the DMPP inhibitor. Therefore, crop yield and quality are positively affected by a more productive feeding.
Ammonium nitrogen instantly lowers the pH in the plant root area and prepares an environment that facilitates the intake of other plant nutrients in the fertilizer by the plant.
It prevents pollution caused by nitrate accumulation with its environmentally friendly technology. It does not harm beneficial bacteria. It decreases the costs by reducing the number of applications in fertilization.
The phosphor contained in BEST STARTER accelerates the root development of the plant and creates a strong root system. It increases the grain and fruit set by promoting flowering.
Potassium plant food has a direct effect on the durability of the plants and the quality of the product. It provides resistance to drought by increasing the water usage efficiency of the plant.
Magnesium is the main component of chlorophyll in plants. It increases the power of photosynthesis and enhances the protein synthesis and dry matter accumulation capacity by providing the formation of healthy lush dark green leaves.
Sulphur is the building block of proteins. It increases the yield and quality by accelerating plant growth and maturation. Besides, it also increases the effectiveness of sulphur nitrogen. It contributes to oil formation. Plants such as rapeseed, peanut, potato, sugar beet, soya bean, corn and trefoil are susceptible to sulphur deficiency.
