Slow Release Ammonium Sulphate (with DMPP Inhibitor)
During the application of nitrogenous fertilizers, a significant amount of loss occur due to the change of form of this element in the soil. In order to prevent nitrogen losses and ensure maximum benefit of the plant from this nutrient, the amount to be used is recommended to be divided into several parts. Implementing it only in pieces is not enough to prevent nitrogen losses. Thanks to its DMPP technology AS PROFIT prevents the nitrification process and minimizes nitrogen loss. DMPP slows down the action of bacteria that break down ammonium to nitrate nitrogen, thus prolonging the conversion time to nitrate. Thank to its capability, the plants are fed more effectively and the crop yield and quality increases.
Nitrogen losses in the soil vary depending on soil moisture, oxygen and temperature. While nitrogen losses in conventional nitrogen fertilizers occur very quickly (1-3 weeks) by washing and evaporation, AS PROFIT extends the use of nitrogen up to 6-10 weeks with the DMPP inhibitor it contains. The plant fed with the ammonium form of nitrogen for a longer period lowers the pH instantly in the root area and creates an environment that facilitates the intake of other nutrients. Losses caused by washing out with rain and irrigation water are turned minimal in SLOWFERT AS PROFIT.
